Analysis of Current Situation in Different Dimensions

In the process of preview and analysis, we utilize the “Five-dimensional assessment method” developed by our company. Together with you, we identify the five most important dimensions for your company (e.g., strategy, human resources, sales and marketing, production, digitization) and conduct a detailed analysis of your organization within these dimensions. We meet with the coordinator assigned by your company (someone familiar with your company and knowledgeable about its processes) to gather as much information as possible about your company. During this process, we make use of your company’s website, social media channels, promotional materials, as well as news articles and comments related to your company found in the press and online. Subsequently, we create a customized set of questions and determine a detailed schedule for the upcoming meetings in collaboration with the coordinator. By visiting your company in person and conducting interviews with senior executives and selected employees, we complete the customized analysis of your current situation.

Identification of Strengths and Areas for Improvement

Based on the interviews we have conducted; we perform detailed analyses in different dimensions to identify the strengths and areas for improvement of your company. When determining these areas, we compare you with your global and Turkish competitors and determine through analytical calculations in which areas you could excel. We report our findings to the top management of the company and work together with them to develop an action plan.

Definition of Actions to be Taken (Short-Term, Medium-Term, Long-Term)

For the areas requiring improvement, we categorize solution proposals and actions into short-term, medium-term, and long-term objectives. In a meeting involving the top management, we create a one-year (or six-month) roadmap. During the meeting, we review the roadmap to determine how each action can be implemented and identify the necessary resources. If desired, we also provide support during the implementation phase of the roadmap, working alongside the organization to manage the change collectively.
