One of the most important steps to be taken for corporatization for companies and all institutions is the preparation of the strategic plan. The strategic plan should not only be written, it should be a bedside book that the institution will always examine. When preparing the strategic plan, we create a plot that will branch out as a step-by-step structure; objectives, goals, activities, and actions. To implement the strategic plan, it is not enough to just determine the objectives and goals; activities (and actions in large institutions) must also be defined. In this context, we make department/person-based assignments to the said activities or actions, and define when they need to be completed. In addition, we determine the numerical targets to be achieved together. If desired, we also create a tracking mechanism to keep the strategic plan continuously active. In summary, we become a companion who is not only planning but also beside you in practice.
